Hip Hop Fusion is the exhilarating result of uniting hip hop, krumping, break dancing, stepping, tap, Irish clogging, and modern dance. The LT Hip Hop Fusion Dance Company, founded in 2005, is dedicated to teaching and preparing kids and adults from varying walks of life to work together as part of a professional production, as well as preparing dancers for future work in the entertainment field.  The company, founded and led by Lancelot E. Theobald, Jr., has produced several benefit performances, encouraging ensemble members to give back to their communities and become involved with charitable organizations.

To be a member of the company requires a great deal of commitment.  Most important is the commitment each dancer makes to his or her self to continue to learn, to work with others as part of an ensemble, to embrace change, and to reach for new goals.  Each performance is the culmination of hard work and dedication, and the realization of individual and shared purpose and pride.  Members of the company have gone on to Broadway dancing roles, college programs in dance and performance, and as back-up dancers for recording artists.
